While we have the tools and knowledge to troubleshoot any system, there is always a chance to run into something unexpected. This can be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Depends on two factors:
Difficulty of the repair & the cost of replacement parts.
In most cases an in-person estimate may be required but when possible we can provide an estimate over the phone to give an idea of the total cost. When a repair is over a certain amount, usually over 50% of the appliance’s value we will make sure to advise the customer of different options.
As we do not up-charge for parts, it shouldn’t be necessary. In the past, customers have purchased the wrong size or type of part which only delays the repair process. Upon request you will be provided with a copy of the receipt or market price for any parts used for your repair.
